The room I reserved was a superior double room it was very small no fridge and coming from Ireland I needed one it wasn’t worth the money the room was shocking

Accueil exceptionnel tant à notre arrivée qu'au restaurant. La chambre est correcte, la vie sur le château est très belle et la terrasse tres appréciable malgré un bruit persistant en extérieur. Le buffet est correct mais la qualité des desserts n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles (congelé). La proximité avec le sanctuaire est très agréable. Nous reviendrons.

Bonne. Mais la lunette de WC était défectueuse. Les chambres ne sont pas très insonorisées. Et pour un 4 étoiles, il n'y avait pas de petit frigo dans les chambres. Par contre, nous avions une grande terrasse donnant sur la place que nous avons bien apprécié (et notre chienne aussi).

Ottimo soggiorno personale gentile.
Unico inconveniente le lenzuola dei letti troppo usurati e macchiati,ho dovuto chiedere il cambio ma è migliorato di poco.per il resto ok

I came to accompany a sick friend and his wife who went directly into hospital. You were very kind and accommodating. Your hotel also wonderfully situated for grotto and basilica
