I would have preferred the room I paid and requested for. I requested and paid for room with balcony got a room that had poor facilities.

When I booked via booking.com previously I did not have this issue, this time I booked directly with the hotel and did not get the room I requested.

Late checkout was accomnodated which I appreciated.

Buono e comodo. Peccato che avevamo concordato e scritto con la sig.ra Fabienne che nell'importo stabilito erano inclusi pranzo e cena salvo scoprire all'arrivo che non era cosi(nonostante le mail) ed ho fatto una brutta figura con i sette amici a cui ho organizzato il pellegrinaggio

This is a very nice hotel conveniently located at the doorstep of the Lourdes Sanctuary. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We highly recommend it.

It was a very good experience, and the staff were helpful. The luggage storage option was very convenient as we arrived and left before and after the check-in and check-out times

Très proche de la grotte, des commerces de "bondieuseries" et très calme. Formule buffet très avantageuse . Tout était très bien. Le seul hic : j'ai oublié dans ma chambre le dodo de mon chien et personne ne m'a prévenue. Ce n'est pas dramatique j'en ai acheté un autre.

Essendo impegnati nei servizi di HNDL non abbiamo potuto godere di tutti i servizi offerti dall'Hotel; ottimo il pranzo e la cena, perfetta la posizione per raggiungere facilmente il Santuario e comunque non in mezzo alla confusione; personale gentile, disponibile e competente.

Expérience très positive surtout au niveau du restaurant qui est un point important pour nous de même que concernant l’accès à proximité du sanctuaire.

Great staff. Very helpful with directions and advice. Great location for all the things to see. Very clean. Beds were great. Will definitely come back.
