Overall expiriace is very good. We were there with the group of pilgrims, and all of them were happy with the Astrid! I will be happy to come back to Astrid every time when in Lourdes!

Chambre propre mais le deuxième jour le service de ménage est venu faire le lit mais a laisse les tasses sales sur la table. Le soir j’ ai du redescendre pour chercher une tasse. Le petit déjeuner le dimanche matin était terrible: presque aucun choix, pas de pain, pas de croissants. Très mediocre. Le plus de l’ hotel est son emplacement

J’ai passé le bon moment, les personnelles très agréable. La propreté impeccable, l’hôtel bien situé pas loin de la sanctuaire.

Die Zimmer zwar recht modern aber auch recht klein wenn man schon eine Bettgröße von 1,85 meter nimmt und die Füße etwas raushängen. Es fehlen auch einfach Kleiderhaken - merkt Euch das mal, Hotelgäste brauchen Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung, gilt auch im Badezimmer.
Wenn das Zimmer vom Housekeeping schon betreten wird dann sollte man auch mal Staubsaugen und den fehlenden Bedarf am Wasserkocher wie Kaffee/Tee/Milch und
Zucker nachfüllen. Eine neue Rolle WC wäre auch schön.
Das Frühstücksbufett ist auch reine Masse, die Bohnen, Rührei und Würstchen…alles offen und wird kalt, der Kakao aus den Automaten mit Wasser..geht es noch…der Gast zahlt und kann den Kakao auch mit Milch erwarten.
Insgesamt recht enttäuschend alles aber eben alles nur auf Massenbetrieb eingestellt.

Het is al de derde keer dat we er verbleven. We raden dit hotel aan en komen terug als we naar Lourdes komen.

attention problème de siège à la douche de la chambre pmr 1009 siége cassé qui a provoqué une entaille à la personne pmr c 'est dangereux merci de le changer

Séjour très agréable, seul petit bémol j’ai trouvé la chaleur de l’eau de la douche (et la pression un peu faible). Bonne continuation à vous, si besoin je ne manquerais pas de vous recommander, cordialement mr Coubetergues
