Staff was friendly and very helpful especially the lady with long straight black hair but I forgot her name. Hotel was clean with great location - near to Grotto, restaurants and stores. Room was a little small but had all the modern amenities, climate control and air conditioning. I love the chic bathroom with great shower stall.

La colazione é inadeguata all'albergo sia come qualità che come quantità. La cena a menù fisso é inaccettabile. Sono gli unici due grossi problemi.

Tutto ottimo, veramente bello !!!

Grazie per averci voluto dedicare un po' del suo tempo nello scrivere questa recensione. Siamo molto felici di leggere le sue parole, che abbiamo davvero molto apprezzato e che ci motivano a fare sempre del nostro meglio per rendere il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti il più piacevole possibile! I did not sleep at all as there was a horrible smell ( sewage ) coming out from the bathroom. I had to open the balcony doors to get some fresh air. It was too late to inform the reception as I got back to my room late after the evening procession. They should have checked it beforehand.

Overall the Hotel was located in a good area to the main gates . The staff were friendly and scooters were available to rent. My only complaint was the smell of the disabled toilet near the reception waiting area and the slow lifts.
