Molto bene, la posizione è molto strategica. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. La camera sono tenute molto bene e si vede che i materiali sono di ottima qualità.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 5 years and I would not stay anywhere else in Lourdes. The location, accommodation, food and staff are amazing. The hotel manager Patrick is very professional and helpful and his staff follow in his example. All of the staff are amazing. I have dealt always with Sabrina who is exceptional in how efficiently she responds to emails and ensures even before you get to the hotel you are well taken care of by the airport pick service. The convenience of a supermarket right next to the Hotel is fantastic for people who stay there. As a volunteer I enter late and leave the hotel very early each morning and to have the 24hr hotel reception and the supermarket close by is very helpful.

Il soggiorno si è rivelato di ottima qualità. La camera era perfetta, anche se non molto grande, ma pulitissima e dotata di ogni accessorio. La gentilezza dello staff è veramente notevole, al punto che mi hanno addirittura aiutato ad organizzare una sorpresa di compleanno alla mia compagna realizzando una torta con tanto di candeline, senza farmi pagare nulla ! Tutti bravissimi, ma in particolare voglio segnalare (e ringraziare) uno dei camerieri del ristorante che si chiama Leo, che si è dato molto da fare nel soddisfare qualsiasi nostra richiesta, sempre con il sorriso e la gentilezza. Bravissimo.

chambre bien, literie ok (c'est fondamental), propreté ok (indispensable), aucun rangement dans la salle de bain (vrai problème), fuite de la douche . Petit dej très en dessous d'autres hotels 4 *, qualité des produits très moyen, choix restreint, plat (saucisse, omelette ) MAUVAIS, 1/2 h avant la fin le buffet est dégagé par le personnel . Très grosse marge de progression sur le petit dej. Ca ne m'a pas donné envie de diner à l'hotel
