Ottimo soggiorno personale gentile.
Unico inconveniente le lenzuola dei letti troppo usurati e macchiati,ho dovuto chiedere il cambio ma è migliorato di poco.per il resto ok

I came to accompany a sick friend and his wife who went directly into hospital. You were very kind and accommodating. Your hotel also wonderfully situated for grotto and basilica

I have stayed here many times and each time it is better! The new buffet system and the fresh hot food is a great addition. Very comfortable with excellent staff. Tjank you again

La chambre est spartiate. Les lits sont cependant confortables mais les oreillers pas du tout : la housse laissant des marques sur la peau.
La salle de bain n’a pas de portes serviettes .
Dans les WC le couvercle n’a pas la taille de la cuvette, qui de plus est fêlée.

La experiencia con el tamaño de la habitación no fue buena, para cuatro personas ( 2 adultos y 2 adolescentes) era pequeña. Además la ducha del baño perdía agua, porque estaba atascado el desagüe. Tuvimos que sacar una maraña de pelos ( de los inquilinos anteriores) para que no se nos inundara el baño ( se inundó una vez, menos mal que fue por la mañana y el servicio de limpieza estaba en la habitación de al lado y nos resolvió el problema). Las moquetas, no dan mucha sensación de limpieza. El desayuno, justo.
