la localisation est parfaite mais la chambre est mal nettoyée pas de savon ni de serviette ni shampooing à partir du 2ème jours

Hôtel confortable, bien agencé et bien situé. Sommes déçus par le ménage de la chambre (aspirateur non passé le jour ne notre arrivée et le samedi). Pour le service en restauration, deux serveurs très performants mais un serveur, parlant italien, particulièrement lent et inadapté au service (à écarter du service en salle). Bon accueil et service au bar souriant et très performant.

My only negative comment is regarding breakfast and the lack of service
Poor continuity of items on offer
Staff numbers are obviously at the lowest level and this contributes to the problem
Particularly from 8.30 onwards
A client should not be expected to ask and wait for items that should be readily available at all times such as cutlery and food items
I believe 1 additional staff member would perhaps solve this problem

Ras concernant l’hébergement, petit déjeuné beaucoup trop cher pour le choix et la qualité, le café n’est pas bon.
11€ tout de même!

It was a beautiful location and the Staff and were absolutely friendly and georgeous. The little bar in the reception area was really great there. The gentleman who looked after us everytime we went down to have a bite was very courteous and helpful with the meals etc that we were not sure of. I have recommended my family and freinds to stay at The Astrid as it is the most convenient location and the best people to deal with. I visited with my Son and Daughter from 27/9/18 - 29/9/18 with a beautiful room. Would love to come back with my husband sometime soon.
