Excelente ubicación, la atención del personal buenísima. La sopa deliciosa!!! Muy recomendable. Me afloje en la habitación 1010, un poco pequeña pero tiene una terraza preciosa. Gracias Astrid volveré

Opvallend is toch echt de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, overal! Hulpvaardig en bereid tot improvisatie! Hulde. We hebben ons er echt welkom gevoeld.

Muy buen hotel, limpio y el personal listo para ayudar.
Para mejorar recomiendo revisen su sistema de internet wifi, en algunas ocasiones era muy lento.

Slightly disappointing, the room lacked privacy from surrounding hotel windows as the rooms large window lacked net curtains, whenever we wished to get changed or relax we had to draw the main curtain and switch on the light. It was noticed that all surrounding hotel rooms had net curtains. There was no warm plates for the hot food at breakfast resulting in the food being cold before you reached your table.

Nous venons régulièrement à Lourdes et pour nous, vous êtes parmi les meilleurs hôtels. Tout a été parfait ! Nous avons adoré la chambre 1010 avec la terrasse et la vue sur le château, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le petit déjeuner était super, il y avait de tout ! La chambre est spacieuse et une belle salle de bain. Nous n'avons rien à vous suggérer car tout a été parfait. Nous aurions du mal à changer d'hôtel désormais. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
