I'm always happy to stay in the hotel, perhaps a ( fair) discount for regular guests . ( 5 stays in 2 years?? )

An excellent hotel with good facilities. My three criticisms are that:

- one or two (but not all) of the reception staff were very inexperienced

- for the opera package we were not supplied with cusions or rugs and I had to rush back from the boat to ask for them and there was a long delay before we were given them

- the internet failed the afternoon we arrived and reception staff kept telling us it would be fixed in an hour but it took several hours to return and no one notified us as they had promised they would do
