Really unpleasant the afternoon recepcionist guy. Some colleagues made exactly the same comment. Would recommend some training on how to be a little gentle.
Thank you very much for your evaluation. We regret that you were dissatisfied with the aircondition because our aircondition has an outside temperature control and if the weather is bad it won't work. That's what our young receptionist tried to explain to you.
Our staff ist trained and we take care of the behaviour and the politeness of the employees.
