Don't understand why residents are expected to pay 28 euro per person to use hotel sunbeds on the beach. Not told when booking in that there was sunbeds available but too expensive anyway.

Leider empfehle ich das Hotel nicht weiter, ich war nicht zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Erfahrungen mit uns zu teilen. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Ihr Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.

Wir freuen uns zwar, dass Ihnen die Lage unseres Hauses in der Nähe des Strandes und der Altstadt gefallen hat, sind jedoch sehr besorgt über Ihre Rückmeldung zur Sauberkeit und Hygiene. Dies entspricht keinesfalls unseren Standards, und wir werden umgehend Maßnahmen ergreifen, um sicherzustellen, dass solche Probleme in Zukunft vermieden werden.
