Location excellent - cost of sunloungers is not clearly stated before booking - only afterwards

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie eine Stunde auf Ihr Zimmer warten mussten. Dies entspricht nicht unserem Standard und wir werden sicherstellen, dass unser Team über diese Situation informiert wird, um zukünftige Verzögerungen zu vermeiden.

We also want to thank you for bringing the issue with the air conditioning unit to our attention. Your comfort is very important to us, and we understand how an A/C blowing directly on the bed can be disruptive.
