The front desk staff was very nice. However, i paid for beach access for 4 people and they demanded that i pay 28 euros for an extra pass. It turns out i had enough passes for us, but nobody could explain that and they made me buy an extra one. Roaches in my daughters suite. The day i checked out i told the woman we had a can of pringles and i was charge 27 euros. she said it was 9 euros plus 3 euro tax and then charges me 27 euros for some reason.

The beau rivage was in a great location with nice rooms and a great connection to the beach. My family really enjoyed ourselves!

Good but definitely not 4 star quality. Towels were missing, shampoo bottle in shower was empty, and 2 lights were broken in the bedroom (and not repaired upon notice.)

We've been to BR before, and were more overall satisfied with the rooms then. Overall a very nice hotel, with great location and access to the plage.

Regarding the bathroom fixtures, we regret that they did not meet your expectations. Our team will look into addressing these issues promptly to ensure a more comfortable experience for all our guests.

Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Room a little disappointing. No comfortable sitting areas except lobby and Hotel's private beach cost was ridiculously high. About £50 per couple per day.
