Good experience, good location, good breakfast

Great, except for the bathroom. Parking in Sulzer was also very convenient and easy. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends but please get new, nicer towels!

We had a delightful stay at Beau Rivage. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. The location cannot be beaten in terms of the beach and proximity to Old and New Town. We will be back!

Viel zu teuer für ein kaputtes, kleines und dunkles Zimmer!
Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt wir sollen eine Mail schicken. Bis heute kam nichtmal eine Antwort.

Mooi hotel op prima locatie!

loved the central location of the hotel and the staff. Our room 531 was very noisy at night from the club opposite due to shouting and fighting. I would also suggest you change the door stops in front of the wardrobe to something that are bigger and rounder, as we were always stubbing our toes on these small ones you have. The double glazed window also needs some attention. Not sure if was done in error but when I got home a charge of £5.11p had been taken out of my account for authorisation for a card that I didn't use, but was made to show on arrival.

Bel hôtel mais un petit manque d’entretien du matériel....dommage

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience avec nous. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre bel hôtel, mais nous regrettons sincèrement les problèmes d'entretien du matériel que vous avez rencontrés.

Nous prenons note de vos commentaires concernant les rideaux trop transparents, la lampe liseuse clignotante, la chambre non préparée selon vos demandes initiales, la porte qui ne se ferme pas correctement, la pièce manquante au robinet de douche et le besoin d'une séparation dans la salle de bain. Vos retours sont précieux pour nous afin d'améliorer nos services et installations.

Nous allons immédiatement prendre des mesures pour remédier à ces problèmes et assurer une meilleure expérience à nos clients à l'avenir. Votre satisfaction est notre priorité absolue.

En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, nous sommes désolés pour le service lent pour le café. Nous allons travailler sur l'amélioration de cette situation pour garantir un service plus rapide et efficace à l'avenir.
