Location was great and very walkable

Excellent. Terrific staff. One thing is the problem most hotels have which is not letting people into their rooms until 3 pm. We aren’t stupid and know that rooms are available. We see the maids start cleaning at 9am. So we know you have rooms ready. Marriot is great and if a room is available they put you into it and don’t make you wait the way Beau Rivage did. That’s one reason I try to always choose Marriot. People arriving to a hotel are tired. They’ve been traveling in some cases for 24 hours. They are exhausted. You might do what Marriot does and consider what is not only convenient for you but the needs of the traveler. Thanks!

Some staff members were friendly, others not.
Breakfast was always far too busy, not enough tables or staff
The location is fabulous, our room was lovely but perhaps in need of an update.
Price was good.

È stato un buon soggiorno ma sono rimasta molto male che alla reception nessuno ha avuto la premura di darmi la precedenza all’ottavo mese di gravidanza siccome al momento del check out c’era molta gente.. speravo ci fosse un po’ di comprensione da parte dello staff ma lho ricevuta solo dal ragazzo dei bagagli che è stato molto gentile..

Grazie per aver condiviso la sua esperienza di soggiorno presso di noi. Ci dispiace sinceramente che non abbia ricevuto la precedenza alla reception durante il check out, specialmente considerando la sua condizione di gravidanza. Apprezziamo il suo feedback e ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente.

Siamo lieti di sapere che il ragazzo dei bagagli sia stato molto gentile e disponibile durante il suo soggiorno. Faremo in modo di condividere i suoi complimenti con lui e con tutto lo staff.
