my room was great. your conference exprience really sucks.

Very nice hotel. Great location near the promenade. Lovely staff - very helpful and accommodating. The bathroom had no outlet for my curling iron and the shower was terrible. Water never got hot, bathtub was dangerously slippery, and everything was wet when we were done.

Not satisfied, were at your hotel 10 years ago, back then a very positive experience.

Okay, not great for a 4 stars hotel
