The hotel was in a great location for exploring Nice. We only stayed one night and it met our needs.
We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the lack of shampoo and conditioner in your room, as well as the low-powered hair dryer. Your comments have been noted, and we will address these issues promptly to ensure a more comfortable experience for our guests in the future.
Regarding the closure of our bar at 10:30 pm due to a staff member leaving for the night, we sincerely apologize for any disappointment this may have caused. We will review our staffing procedures to prevent such occurrences from happening again.
