The hotel was in a great location for exploring Nice. We only stayed one night and it met our needs.

Fantastic hotel with amazing location. Room was clean with a good sized closet, small desk, kettle with tea and coffee, and minibar. It could use some refreshing but overall very good. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Using the shower results in water all over the bathroom floor requiring several towels to soak it up - not very eco friendly. A shower curtain would be a cost effective way to fix this. As a result there’s obvious water damage in the bathroom.
The private beach is excellent but if you want a cabana, loungers or beach towels they cost extra.
Definitely would recommend and well stay here again.

We would return to the hotel. We liked location and the helpful staff. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio. We liked the discount on the beach. Perhaps more could be done with the beach to give value to guests.

Our room was OK but would question whether it was 4*. The main issue was that our sleep was severely disturbed on our first night due to noise from staff & customers at a nightclub immediately next door.
Whilst not the fault of the Hotel, their staff were very understanding & managed to allocate us a different room at the opposite end of the Hotel for the rest of our stay. This room was better & more like a 4*. The remainder of our holiday was very enjoyable.
