Very good experience, polite staff, very central location.

We are glad to see that your stay was very pleasant. We have noted your remark for putting up a curtain at the shower to avoid water all over the bathroom.

I stayed at the hotel in 2017 with my granddaughter. I tried to book in 2019 with my wife but fully booked. This was a solo trip and I enjoyed everything - location, lobby, staff all but the very small 5th floor room.
BUT on check out my bill included mini bar charges (which were reversed). I never draw items from mini-bars. Irritating and embarrassing to argue over at checkout in front of other guests. Otherwise perfect!!

It was average, it would not be my first choice if I come back to the area.
