Dear Madam. You explained the inconvenience occurred with the window to the front desk. The most important for us is to fix it immediately and to found a solution for you. Sorry if the front desk did not suggest you to move in another room.

Très content malgré l’impolitesse de la réceptionniste du matin, qui s’est montrée particulièrement impoli quand j’ai indiqué sortir en demandant qu’on fasse ma chambre. Et en me faisant remonter pour placer un écriteau devant la porte.

Hôtel agréable et à proximité de beaucoup de chose. Personnel très agréable. Propreté impeccable. Le seul problème est le bruit extérieur.

It was a horrible experience and I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Staff was rude and did not greet or make me feel welcome. Rooms were super dirty and my allergies reacted in the room from the dust and fifty carprets. Staff had no customer service skills and had no patience for there customers when asking questions. The staff had attitude because we wanted our room cleaned everyday and should change the sheets. It was terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Thank you about your positive aspect about the location. I noticed that your stay was absolutely not on keeping with the real desire we want to give to the customers : A good feeling and a good souvenir.
First of all , I am really sorry about this inconveniences. We aim to renovate an entire floor really soon and elaborate others points you talked about.
I am very surprised about the unwelcoming attitude you lived during your stay because one of our priority is to make you feel well.
