I was very disappointed. I hated my room. It’s not an inviting place. You have to make big improvements.
It’s in a good location. It has the potential to be a good hotel but it’s not.

Thank you about your positive aspect about the location. I noticed that your stay was absolutely not on keeping with the real desire we want to give to the customers : A good feeling and a good souvenir.

We like the Beau Rivage and on balance, we felt there were more positives than negatives. Not quite up to the standard of our previous stay at Beau Rivage. Some poor service was the main irritation, especially at the beach which wasn’t enjoyable at all. Staff seemed far too focused on bringing in more money rather than ensuring that paying guests enjoyed their experience.

Well situated hotel that was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and air conditioning was good. Would definitely benefit from an outdoor swimming pool as we would have loved to have used it.

Overall it’s been a positive stay

Dear Cristina. I am very happy that you had a nice stay in our Hotel and kept many positive aspects about the room , the cleaning and the location. Nevertheles , you feel the breakfast service unfriendly with a poor choice.
