In a word. Hotel was "fine". I was neither Cap Ferrat or a 2 star flea bag.

Je séjourne chaque année au Beau Rivage. Signe que j'apprécie cet hôtel. Toutefois, cette année j'ai pu apercevoir de multiples petites améliorations. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'organisation du nettoyage des chambre effectué tous les matins (les autres années, il fallait attendre le milieu de l'après-midi la plupart du temps, ce qui m'avait fait réfléchir pour changer d'hôtel). Donc en résumé: Parfait!

We wanted to like it. It was a great location, but if we came back to Aix, we wouldn't stay here again.

Die Hotelhalle ist einladend und hell. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich verstehe zwar das Muster des Teppich (Steine) im Aufzug und im Bad, das sollte aber beides dringend erneuert werden. Ebenso der Teppich im Zimmer. Hygienischer wären Fliesen!

Great hotel in a perfect location! Staff was very friendly and helpful with all request's. Beds were comfortable, and the shower was lovely. Highly recommend!

It would take me to long

Dear Mister.I noticed that the description of the rooms was not as you liked. We aim to give you the rooms on the same floor , we did not want to divide it. Indeed we have two more modern floors with showers. You benefit the Jean-Michel Willmott style with bathtubs which has been created before and a renovation project will definitely start next year. The cleaning service has been informed about your dissatisfaction and I am sorry about all the inconveniences occurred.
