Our front desk, works 24/7 to make our guests' stay easier, I can even say, together, they are a major asset on providing memorable stays; if you felt otherwise, it means that, somehow, we missed something on providing you the best service, and for that, I do apologise. All comments are valuable for us to improve our service so I have shared your observations with the team.

Hôtel reposant bien situé avec un confort très correct

Schönes, nicht zu großes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, welches sämtliche Wünsche schnell umsetzt und immer ansprechbar ist.
Leider kein kleiner Spa Bereich.
Trotzdem für kurzen, aber auch längeren Aufenthalt schönes Hotel, da auch angeschlossener Privatstrand mit Restaurant zur Verfügung steht.
Wir hatten schon mehrere Aufenthalte und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Central ideal location but the hotel needs improvements. I wouldn’t say it was 4*.
The staff on reception with exception of John need to be more friendly and accommodating. We reported issues on two days and were completely ignored. We would also pass staff in the corridor and say hello and they would ignore us (office staff).
Breakfast needs sorting. It was staffed but you had to do everything yourself. Get the teabag. Get a spoon. Get the milk.
Free water or a refillable bottle is needed in the rooms. You have a duty to keep guests hydrated if you’re not providing air con. Especially as summer approaches.
