bof! pas de réponse à notre mail suite à la réservation concernant les possibilités de parking. nous avons dû payer un abonnement de 7j au parking Sulzer pour 5j de séjour, 40€ de perdu...

Stay at the hotel was fantastic , will come back again

I have stayed in hotel many times . Device very good but hotrl now very tired . I had 3 rooms at hotrl & 2 were very old style . Seating in foyer very old / tired also as was bar/ restaurants . Lots of investment required
Service in beach club really poor

We arrived at 11:30 and found the late check-in time of 15:00 to be very inconvenient. We were eventually asssigned room 501 which appeared to be satisfactory but there was a problem the next morning with early light coming in from the bathroom which woke us up. We were moved later on day 2 to Room 301 with the help of Sonia who was wonderful. The room was comfortable but the electrical power outlets were difficult to understand. The freshments (tea, coffee, etc.) we thought were rather minimal. There was no literature in the room about the hotel facilities, the Beau Rivage beach, etc. The terrace was very pleasant but was in need of some cleaning in certain areas.
