Please rest assured that your comments regarding the Wi-Fi connection, bedding comfort, and bathroom equipment have been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams for immediate review.

Concerning the television, we would like to clarify that the hotel does offer several international TV and news channels, available in multiple languages. Our reception team remains available at any time to assist guests in finding and setting up these channels if needed.

We also understand your disappointment about the Beau Rivage Beach Club being closed. The beach operates seasonally and, unfortunately, was not open during your stay. Your remark is very helpful, and we will make sure that this information is clearly updated across all our online descriptions.

While we are pleased that you appreciated our central location, the friendliness of our team, and the quality of the breakfast, we sincerely regret the issues you encountered with your room and the waiting times during breakfast service. Great accommodation and location of the hotel. I am surprised though a deposit on arrival was debited from my account and as yet has not been returned. This is not the usual practice in Australia so I do hope it is returned to my account immediately. I do not believe to wait a month is fair as I did not use anything at the hotel.

Agréable séjour, salle de petit déjeuné manqué peut être un peu de place au vue de la capacité d’accueil de l’hôtel, donc un peu d’attente pour le PDJ mais rien d’insurmontable. Personnel fortement agréable que ça soit la réception ou la restauration.
Emplacement idéal pour parcourir Nice à pied et se rendre facilement à l’hôtel. Tout était parfait
