Agréable séjour, salle de petit déjeuné manqué peut être un peu de place au vue de la capacité d’accueil de l’hôtel, donc un peu d’attente pour le PDJ mais rien d’insurmontable. Personnel fortement agréable que ça soit la réception ou la restauration.
Emplacement idéal pour parcourir Nice à pied et se rendre facilement à l’hôtel. Tout était parfait

We had a really great visit to Nice and surrounding areas and the hotel was a great base.

minus: bad experience mainly driven by very low room quality and 6 days no warm shower positive: hotel location, friendly staff and parking option offered

Very disappointing, particularly as this was our 3rd stay and previously had no issues

We fully understand your disappointment regarding the hot water outage that affected the entire hotel, and we apologize for the inconvenience. This technical issue was unfortunately beyond our control, as it required a specific replacement part that was delayed by external suppliers. Nonetheless, we are fully aware that this incident has impacted your experience, and we regret not having been able to meet the level of comfort and service that we always aim to provide.

Somewhat unsatisfactory due to the lack of hot water

This situation was unfortunately beyond our control, as it resulted from a technical failure that required an external replacement part. Despite our team’s best efforts, the issue could not be resolved as quickly as we had hoped, and we truly regret the impact it had on your experience.
