The hotel is in a great location. However, for a "4 Star" hotel the hotel is extremely old and outdated. It seemed more like a 2 star, 3 star at best. If I knew that was the case, I would have looked elsewhere. The room did not have a safe. I was just really unhappy with how not up to date the room was

It is a terrible hotel with very small and dirty room, also had water problem in bathroom, but nobody came to fix it.

We arrived at the hotel and had really pleasant experience on checking in!! Also been offered complementary glass of Champagne at the bar. When we went to our room it was not big but really clean and cozy with everything that you need!! The terrace was the highlight!! The professional service by staff was consistent during our stay. Thank you all at Beau Rivage to make our stay special and enjoyable. Mr&Mrs Sessions

Charming hotel for a few days break. Location is the main selling point.
Did not use bar as found the prices were too high.
Would definitely use your hotel again.
