We enjoyed our stay and overall found the hotel pleasant and comfortable, although there was a smell of drains in the corridor on our floor.

The hotel location was fantastic, check in service was friendly, however we were very dissapointed with our stay in room 509. The cleanliness, broken sink tap, faulty door, room odors, and noise from the street at night left us with a dissatisfying experience overall. We would not recommend this hotel to other travellers given our experience and the price we paid.

Had the most fantastic time. Staff were exceptionally helpful. A mix up on rooms on arrival was quickly sorted by Valentin and Sonia and Daniela. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel one block away from the Promenade.

Receptionist was lovely and helpfull very friendly bed was comfortable disappointed with room breakfast was terrible food and service location was great would not return

Absolutely fabulous, it was my birthday while we were there and the staff couldn’t of made it feel more special, especially Sek and Mohammed, just constantly asking if we were okay aswel, we were 2 young girls abroad alone, so it was nice to feel so welcome and comfortable and safe within the hotel to be honest as you don’t get that everywhere.
