Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience avec nous. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre emplacement ainsi que la propreté de nos chambres et salles de bains.

Cependant, nous sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que votre expérience au petit déjeuner n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Les délais d'attente pour le service et la qualité des boissons sont des points que nous prenons très au sérieux. Nous allons examiner ces aspects afin d'améliorer notre offre et garantir un service plus efficace à l'avenir.

Nous regrettons également les désagréments rencontrés avec le matériel de repassage. Ce n'est pas le niveau de qualité que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients, et nous ferons en sorte que cela soit rectifié rapidement.

Location very nice.should inform guest about $4 charge for taxi. Why do service charge?

We value your comments regarding service charges and the communication about taxi fees ( There must have been a mistake as we do not charge any fee for taxi ) . Locatie super , kamer enigszins gedateerd. Ontbijt minimaal . We hoorden pas de laatste dag van ons verblijf dat je jus d’orange en een gebakken eitje kon bestellen.

Bedankt voor het delen van uw gedetailleerde indrukken van uw recente verblijf. We zijn blij te horen dat u onze toplocatie, dicht bij de boulevard en het historische centrum, heeft gewaardeerd en dat onze netheid en service aan uw verwachtingen voldeden.

Overall experience very good. Breakfast service could be improved. Waited about 10-15 minutes for a simple cup of coffee. Installation of a self service, multi-function coffee machine in the breakfast dining area, as we experienced in almost every hotel we stayed at in our 4 weeks of travel, would be a huge improvement.

Très déçu de l'état de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était ok mais sans plus.

Cependant, nous sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que l'état de votre chambre, notamment la salle de bain, n'a pas répondu à vos attentes. Ce niveau de confort ne reflète pas les standards que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients et nous prenons vos remarques très au sérieux. Soyez assuré que nous allons examiner ces problèmes avec notre équipe afin d'apporter les améliorations nécessaires.

Nous regrettons également les difficultés rencontrées lors de la réservation d'un taxi et comprenons combien cela a pu être frustrant. Votre retour sur ce point est essentiel pour nous aider à optimiser notre service à la réception.
