The hotel itself is in a nice location and the appearance and cleanliness were great.
Issues with the room mentioned above means we would not stay again, particularly given the price paid for a long weekend.
We are pleased to learn that you appreciated the hotel’s location, the overall appearance, and cleanliness, as well as the warm welcome you received. Your positive remarks in these areas are valued by our entire team.
However, we regret to hear that certain aspects of your room and bathroom did not meet your expectations. We understand the discomfort caused by the lack of air conditioning during your stay, and we acknowledge how important a comfortable climate is, especially during warmer periods. Your comments regarding the towels not being replaced as requested, the loose side mirror, and the condition of the bathroom have also been carefully noted. We recognize that such concerns can impact the overall experience.
