Absolutely loved Nice but the problems encountered at the hotel especially the hot water and disgusting cleaners spoiled it for us.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience two days without hot water, especially on your check-out day. Please know that this is not typical of our standards, and we are currently investigating this matter further to ensure it does not happen again in the future.
Additionally, we regret that your experience with our room service breakfast did not meet expectations due to incorrect items being delivered and a lack of essential supplies like milk. We will address these concerns with our team to improve our service quality moving forward.
Most importantly, we are very sorry to hear about the unpleasant interaction between your wife and our cleaning staff. This behavior is unacceptable, and we take such matters seriously as part of our commitment to providing a welcoming environment for all guests.
