Das Hotel Belmont ist ein gemütliches Haus mit eigenem Charme. Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal dort zu Gast und immer noch sehr zufrieden.

Unpleasant. Room too small, manager super defensive and not able to listen. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? The conversation with the manager on the first day tarnished my entire stay. The room not being cleaned also didn't help at all. The cleaning person said she "had other rooms to clean", perhaps too many.

Zweckmässiges Hotel in Zentrumsnähe mit freundlichem Service

Zentrale Lage, Einfaches Hotel, sehr hellhörig. Wir mussten am nächsten Tag schon vor dem Frühstück auschecken, leider wurde uns kein Ersatz (zB Lunchpaket zum mitnehmen) angeboten. Auch fanden wir den Service/Mitarbeiter insgesamt nicht sehr bemüht. Konnten auch das Auto nicht noch bis mittags vor dem Hotel parken.
