pleasant hotel, shame we only discovered the jacuzzi the last day, not all of the staff speak good english,
there are guests who put their towel in one place in the relaxation room and then go to the sauna so that this bed cannot be used.

Perfect place to stay

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Schade dass Sie, obwohl in der günstigen Zwischensaison, das Preisempfinden nur mit einer mittelmäßigen drei bewerten. Die Einzigartigkeit Oberlechs besteht in der absoluten Verkehrsfreiheit, wir sind durch ein unterirdisches und selbst finanziertes Tunnelsystem untereinander und auch zur Ver- und Entsorgung miteinander verbunden. Ihr Gepäck wird von Lech mit der Bergbahn Oberlech durch unsere Hausmeister bis auf Ihr Zimmer gebracht, die An- und Abreise mit der Bergbahn wird auch durch uns finanziert. Wie Sie erkennen können sind das unübliche Kosten die wir natürlich in den Preis einer Übernachtung mit einkalkulieren müssen. Dies wurde bei Ihrer Beurteilung unserer Leistung offensichtlich nicht berücksichtigt. Schönen Gruß aus Oberlech, Ihre Familie Wrann und das gesamte Team des Hotel Bergkristall.

Sehr nettes Hotel insgesamt.
Verbesserung wäre beim Service Personal Frühstück und Abendessen möglich. Es wäre sichtlich netter, wenn den einer kommt das bestellte nicht einfach hin zu knallen oder eventuell auf der richtigen Seite zu servieren, Kleinigkeiten eben....

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es ist ärgerlich, wenn ein gebuchtes Arrangement nicht als solches zur Verrechnung gelangt und dafür möchten wir uns im Namen unseres Rezeptionsteams entschuldigen. Zum Glück kommt das nur sehr selten vor da jeder Gast eine Info Rechnung erhält und diese nach Kontrolle derselben erst als Rechnung zur Bezahlung vorgelegt bekommt. Abmeldungen vom Abendessen können nur bis zwölf Uhr mittags an der Rezeption entgegen genommen werden.
Unsere Servicebrigade möchte ich aber in Schutz nehmen, denn selbst in Zeiten hoher Anforderungen knallt keiner unserer Servicemitarbeiter jemanden was hin. Wenn es die Situation verlangt kann auch von der falschen Seite ein Teller eingestellt werden, es beeinflusst die Qualität der Speisen keinesfalls. My stay would have been excellent but for the issue with my final night. As I had friends staying at the hotel, I emailed twice to enquire about availability. First email I received no response, second email I received a room offer. My email was very specific, January 27 to 31, single room, 4 nights. I was very upset on my final day of skiing to receive an email (not call) to say my room was required. Thankfully another room was made available in the staff area, price was not discussed. On check out my bill included the 4th night, charged at the same price as the others three nights. I queried this, and a reduction was made. The whole situation was very awkward and I don’t feel the price I paid for the staff room as appropriate.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Your room was only confirmed until departure on friday which you didn`t recognize, so we had to moove you out. We were lucky to offer you at least one of our new built accommodations in the staff area. Please excuse the mistake of our recepionist who charged you five instead ofv four nights. This fault appeard immediately at check out and she took this day off the records. The room for the last night was charged 30 percent less including dinner. Because we had no telephone number from you, we tried to reach you out on the pistes on that beatiful day by E-Mail. We were grateful that this worked, because the new guests for your room already did arrive. Please excuse all the inconveniences we may have caused, but we hope very much to be able to host you also in the future. Great hotel in a great location. Fantastic food. Will be back.

Thank you for your feedback. When you arrived, our receptionist explaint all the facilities of our hotel and brought you to the room. At the room you found the guest Information with all the helpful tips around our house and the area. It is sad that you didn`t found this Information. Bei Euch hat es mir sehr gut gefallen das Gesamtpaket ist TipTop. Komme wieder. Ich war zunächst etwas überrascht bzgl. der Anreise, war aber selber Schuld, da nicht alle Details durchgelesen. Stand in den Buchungsunterlagen, war selber Schuld. Hat aber alles geklappt.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Ihre Absicht uns wieder zu besuchen freut uns sehr und wir sind sicher, dass es jetzt auch mit der Anreise perfekt klappt. Wenn man nach Lech hereinkommt, braucht man nur bis ins Zentrum zur Oberlech Bergbahn fahren und sich dort als Gast des Hotel Bergkristall zu erkennen geben. Schon kümmert man sich um Sie und alles nimmt seinen Lauf. So einfach ist das -wenn man`s weiß. Very good! Personell, Hotel, Location - all excellent.

Thank you very much for your kind feedback. Our ski area covers 305 km of pistes through six valleys combined also with a very clever bus system. Of course, a map with all the lifts and cable cars is available at the reception of the hotel, where you also could get a good Information about the area. At every lift station you find a map, so you are able to find the way back to the hotel. We are looking forward to welcome you back at our hotel and remain in the meantime, with our best regards, Family Wrann and the whole crew of the Bergkristall Hotel.
