We used to stay elsewhere (Bergwald, Ilga) and eat out at restaurants/hotels. But the quality and choice of food convinced us on our previous (and first) visit that half-board here (and at such a reasonable price) is a far better option, so we returned. And will continue to return whilst this high standard is maintained.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen,man braucht nur die Skier anzuschnallen und ab gehts auf die Piste. Hotel verfügt über eine wunderbare Sonnenterrasse. Das Personal im Restaurant leider unaufmerksam und nicht sehr freundlich.

As a client with 20 year track record with Bergkristall, i always loved the place. To me its main advantage is a "family atmosphere" which Wrann family always managed to have. Recent expansion made the place more alike a standard hotel. They still beat the competition and I will definitely return, but the old charm of a boutique place is evaporating :)

Thank you very much for your feedback and we are very much looking forward to host you again in the near future. Of course we had to increase our facilities and we did it in a modern style as you can see on our homepage. For the next season Oberlech will offer a new cable car, so all our guests will have a new feeling arriving to our house. Best regards fom the Bergkristall, Jakob, Renate and all our staff.

this was our 11th time (we started in 2005) and we always had a fantastic stay. Renate and Jacob Wrann are good owners, friendly, but do not tolerate everything, which is very good. We love them!! And this year Patricia stole our heart. Staff is very good.

Insgesamt ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel. Ich habe mich bei meinem Aufenthalt wohlgefühlt.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Hinweise denen wir sofort nachgehen werden. Warum das Kaffeeservice nicht geklappt hat ist uns rätselhaft, zumal wir neben dem Filterkaffee der ja vorbereitet ist für jeden Gast individuell seinen Mocca, Cafe latte, Cappucino usw. zubereiten. Danke für den Tipp mit den Handtüchern, hier werden wir der Ursache auf den Grund gehen.
