Very good overall, we have been already few times. Just that amount of paper work upon check-in is too extensive - I don't know why would you need those details.
Around service - I don't why, but several people from Housekeeping where entering to our room like its their home - 1sec knock, and then immediate entrance . This was disrespectful and annoying.
