Super tolle Außensauna und das extravagante „Tauchbecken“ mit zuflie ßenden Gebirgswasser hervorragend , super Frühstück und sehr gutes Essen und Bewirtung im Restaurant.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die Lage ist fantastisch! Auch Zimmer, Sauna und Restaurant sind super!
Nur das Personal ist teilweise nicht besonders mitteilsam oder aufmerksam - was aber auch an Sprachbarrieren liegen könnte!

Overall we had a great experience BUT you are not a 4 star hotel. Your website markets itself as a 4 star hotel and that is one of the reason we booked with you. The plaque on the outside of the hotel next to the entrance even shows 3 stars. You need to stop false advertising and update your website. From your website: A uniquely wonderful panorama is waiting for you in our 4 star hotel, far away from the noise of the streets. My only other complaint would be lack of parking. There isn't enough spaces at the hotel, you have to park down the hill even at the location there was not enough parking for all of the guests.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Total schöne Lage mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, jedoch recht dunkel. Hier würde eine helle Deckenleuchte leicht Abhilfe schaffen.
