Ein sehr gut ghefü+hrtes Haus mikt ausgesucht höflichem und hilfsbereitem Personal ohne im Geringsten aufdringlich zu wirken. Sauberkeit und sehr gute Athmosphäre fallen auf. Selbst in ungewöhnlichen Situationen zählt Ruhe und Klarheit zu den bemerkenswerten Verhalten.

Sehr gepflegter Eindruck und schöne Aussicht. Im Restaurant könnte die Speisekarte etwas größer sein.

Overall, good stay and the Staff were friendly and helpful from the front desk to the restaurant. I did not know the hotel was steep on the hill and was challenging to get to/from daily (I had my knee replaced not long ago). I really wish the hotel offered transportation around the town and to Oberammergau. One of my frustrations has more to do with the Passion Play organization than it does the hotel itself -the German to English translation on the official website is horrible and I misunderstood when booking the room. I unfortunately reserved two rooms instead of one and Passion Play staff members take weeks to respond -frankly, they suck! I couldn't cancel without cancelling the entire reservation. I decided to keep the room(s) rather than risk losing the play tickets and lodging since I already had flight tickets. Would have been nice for the hotel to at least offer our room to guests who were "walk-ups" off the street without reservations in advance. I'm sure they could have rented the room and reimbursed us at least a portion of our money instead of it going unused. One complaint, the room was directly next to the parking lot and could hear every person, car and bus come and go at all hours of the day and night from tour company buses departing at 3 am to wedding guests drunk, getting off the bus screaming and shouting. Also, hotel staff or hired hands were drilling and hammering outside our hotel room making repairs at 7 am. I wouldn't consider this hotel a good choice when looking for some relaxation or vacation time. Oberammergau (town 3-4kilometers away) has more to do and plenty of hotels to chose from.

Traumhaft schönes Hotel mit perfektem Service. Wir haben am 17.09.22 dort geheiratet und es war gigantisch.. wir kommen wieder!!! Vielen Dank das wir dort feiern durften!!!!

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlendie Verbesserungen der letzten Jahre sind beachtlichwiederkommen ist angesagtdann hoffentlich mal ein Zimmer mit Klosterblick
Eine Ausschilderung zur Wellnessoase wäre angebracht.

Im Vergleich zum Mai diesen Jahres fehlte es an Personal im Frühstücksraum. Nach der Versorgung der Gäste mit Passionsspielen Paket war die verbliebene Auswahl sehr dürftig. Zudem war im Saunabereich sowohl die Dampfsauna defekt als auch der Wasserspender. Das Stammpersonal bemühte sich sehr uns zur Zufriedenheit zu bedienen aber man bemerkte eine angespannte Lage. Leider ! Wir lieben den Standort und das Hotel sonst hätten wir nicht zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Wir hoffen Sie können wieder auf den Stand vom Frühjahr kommen

Mr. Becker & his wife at the front office were warm to us ,customers friendly , professional and very dedicated. They were ever willing to help .
The Cheff and other staff were extremely helpful to help in getting our wheelchair bound person to Oberammergau play venue . So kind of them . Food was excellent. Thank you
