The location of the hotel is absolutely beautiful above Ettal overlooking the Benedictine Monastery with its brewery and distillery and gorgeous Basilica . It's a peaceful spot where you are awakened by the church bells before you start your day on the hiking trails directly from the hotel or you explore the lovely area of the Ammergau mountains with its many charming and historic villages , i.e. Oberammergau ( Passion Festival ) , Linderhof Castle etc.

Wir haben sofort sehr wohl gefühlt, das ganze Personal war überdurchschnittlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen im Restaurant einfallsreich und lecker, Zimmer sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und an alle Bedürfnisse gedacht. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder!
