Overall we had a great experience BUT you are not a 4 star hotel. Your website markets itself as a 4 star hotel and that is one of the reason we booked with you. The plaque on the outside of the hotel next to the entrance even shows 3 stars. You need to stop false advertising and update your website. From your website: A uniquely wonderful panorama is waiting for you in our 4 star hotel, far away from the noise of the streets. My only other complaint would be lack of parking. There isn't enough spaces at the hotel, you have to park down the hill even at the location there was not enough parking for all of the guests.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Total schöne Lage mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, jedoch recht dunkel. Hier würde eine helle Deckenleuchte leicht Abhilfe schaffen.

Gewoon prachtig!! Personeel heel gedienstelijk en vriendelijk.
Restaurant ok maar het menuboek niet erg leesbaar , verlichting van het restaurant mag wel wat beter.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und nett aufgenommen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Vor allem der Saunabereich ist toll. Unser Zimmer war einfach aber sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas außerhalb aber ruhig und mit toller Aussicht. Wir können das Hotel ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.
