Lieber Herr Florczak,

wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie uns eine solche Bewertung geben, obwohl Sie nicht einmal Gast in unserem Hause waren und diese Bewertung nur durch eine Stornierungsrechnung zustande kommt.
Sie haben von Ihren sieben reservierten Zimmern lediglich zwei storniert.
Alle weiteren Zimmer waren noch immer fest für Sie reserviert. Dafür haben Sie auch eine Bestätigung erhalten.
Wenn Sie dann in der Hauptsaison am Wochenende einfach nicht anreisen (No-Show), entsteht uns ein finanzieller Schaden und es fallen aus diesem Grund auch Stornierungskosten an.
