vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Eindrücke so ausführlich mit uns zu teilen. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie unser Haus, die Sauberkeit, den Service und das Frühstück so positiv bewertet haben.

Dass Ihnen unsere Preise im Restaurant hoch erschienen, verstehen wir. Uns ist bewusst, dass wir etwas höherpreisig sind – gute Lebensmittel und qualifiziertes Personal sind deutlich teurer geworden, und wir kalkulieren fair über alle Gerichte hinweg. Den Salat haben wir bewusst als Extra ausgegliedert: so hat jeder Gast die Wahl, ob er diesen möchte oder nicht, und unnötige Lebensmittelverschwendung wird vermieden. Ihre Anmerkung zur Akustik nehmen wir ernst – wir prüfen derzeit verschiedene Möglichkeiten, den Geräuschpegel angenehmer zu gestalten.
