Herzlichen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns so ausführlich zu bewerten. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie mit Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Service und Frühstück rundum zufrieden waren – das ist ein schönes Kompliment an unser gesamtes Team.

Für die Wartezeit im Restaurant möchten wir uns herzlich entschuldigen. Wir verstehen gut, dass 55 Minuten – trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage – zu lang sind, auch wenn unsere Küche in der Regel deutlich schneller arbeitet. Wir haben den Vorfall im Team besprochen, um unseren Service künftig noch verlässlicher zu gestalten.
