in my credit card the hotel charge 2 rooms and only asked for 1 ... it is a robbery. Resrv.1291.672.171 it's no correct!!! I used just 1650010634. Please investigar. Booking say is bristol responsability.... booking no charge in my card.
It is a pity that you could not enjoy your stay at Hotel Bristol but all the charges were justified.
You have reserved two rooms on booking.com for two different dates to "non refundable" conditions and as mentioned on your confirmation we have charged it right after booking. (Non Refundable bookings are 10 % cheaper but cannot be modified or cancelled after the booking is made.)
Since those bookings were made on two different days (September1st 2018, 09.36pm & September 4th 08.46 pm) we can almost expulse a system failure.
Booking.com has sent you the confirmations right after the reservations we're made.
The rooms were kept for you, as they were guaranteed, for the entire night.

Hotel Bristol is a good hotel with reasonable price, good breakfast, convenient location to main train station. I specially appreciated the extremely helpful reception staff. I shall definitively reconsider to choose the same hotel in my next visit to Zurich.

This is an excellent choice for a moderately priced hotel in Zurich. It is located within walking distance of all of the Old Town sights as well as the train station. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable.

Average. Location was convenient for sightseeing, but room was tight, even with their "upgrade". Since the rooms do not have A/C, the window had to stay open and traffic noise became an issue. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Everything was very straightforward.
Room very small, windons very difficult to close/open, without air conditioner.
