The hotel was OK given the costs of Zurich. However, we had difficulty at both check-in and check-out. At check-in, despite having reserved a room with two separate twin beds, we were told that we had booked a room with one small double bed. I disputed this, especially since we were both above-average in size and had no desire to share a small bed (we were just friends on a ski trip). I had to produce a copy of my reservation in order to get a room with separate beds. I was then assured that, when I checked out in the morning, I would be able to use up my remaining Swiss currency to pay part of the room cost and then pay the balance of the room cost with my credit card. This was important because I was leaving Switzerland for another continent by plane early the next morning (a Sunday!) and would have no opportunity to spend any remaining Swiss currency (other than at Duty-Free, which I didn't want). However, at check-out the next morning, the clerk (not the same one) said it was "not possible" to pay partly by cash and partly by credit card. Having done so in the past at this very hotel, I knew that this was untrue...and I also told her that the check-in clerk had reassured us it was possible. However, the clerk did not relent and I had to pay the entire bill by credit card. This was an expensive inconvenience for me and also left a very negative image. The location of this hotel is great but I have to ask myself if the hassle is worth it.

I have iPhoneX. While I using internet in room, the WiFi always got disconnected even signal was strong.
Due to I needed WiFi for internet phone call, the connection interrupted was frustrating.
