in my credit card the hotel charge 2 rooms and only asked for 1 ... it is a robbery. Resrv.1291.672.171 it's no correct!!! I used just 1650010634. Please investigar. Booking say is bristol responsability.... booking no charge in my card.

It is a pity that you could not enjoy your stay at Hotel Bristol but all the charges were justified.

You have reserved two rooms on booking.com for two different dates to "non refundable" conditions and as mentioned on your confirmation we have charged it right after booking. (Non Refundable bookings are 10 % cheaper but cannot be modified or cancelled after the booking is made.)

Since those bookings were made on two different days (September1st 2018, 09.36pm & September 4th 08.46 pm) we can almost expulse a system failure.

Booking.com has sent you the confirmations right after the reservations we're made.

The rooms were kept for you, as they were guaranteed, for the entire night.

Our overall experience was great. The room was spotless, the bathrooms were in great condition, and the beds were comfortable. There were lots of delicious options for breakfast, and it was by far the best meal we had on the trip. The room was slightly expensive, but it was worth it.

The one think I did not like about the room was the mattress. It was like a cot. The rest was fine.
