Nice hotel, good location, Friendly staff, great breakfast.
The room is quite baisc, no bathtab which in the cold weather could be nice to have.

We received nice welcome, were comfortable with the room especially the inside temperature. We relaxed well at your hotel atfer a day walking around the city. In general, pleased that is the word we wanted to say and thank you.

I have been using this hotel for a number of years now and in my experience it has always been a great place to stay in Zurich. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, they provide a very nice buffet breakfast and the location is very good for the city centre.

Die Einrichtung könnte mit wenig Aufwand freundlicher und moderner sein aber sonst ist das Haus sauber gehalten.

I very like BRISTOL HOTEL , room is a bit small but very clean & warm , location is very good , walking to train station about 5 mins. staff is very friendly & nice , so I will book this hotel to Zurich next time .
