Couldn't sleep due to road noise and curtains that didn't cover the whole window. Good location, close to HB.

Overall very good. Location was good - close to the station and within an easy walk of the old town. Staff was friendly and provided useful information.

This was my first stay at the hotel and I will definitely return!
The airport transfers are also very helpful!

The room met our expectations and the two tabletop fans were and des bonus given there was no air conditioning and it was 97 degrees outside.

Very good. Missed not having tea/coffee making facilities in the room but this seems to be normal in Switzerland. The room was probably not a suitable size for the facility anyway.
