Room was small but perfectly adequate; fan much appreciated during very hot spell. Location perfect - near station, handy for city centre, but not too close to be disturbed during the night. Insulation very good - no noise from neighbouring rooms despite the hotel being packed.

A good experience. Complains: not many vegan options for breakfast. Everything else was fine.

Not good. I booked for two twin beds, yet, given a double bed.
