positive, kind staff, especially the young gentleman at the reception - very good impression on him, excelent location - very convenient, comfortable stay, very good idea to have a coffee, tea and soft drinks machine at the reception and to have the internet angle at the reception area.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist..had a wonderful stay at the Bristol...would definitely stay there again when I visit Zurich.

Reception at check-in while the reception staff for the presence of non-smoking room without knowing my wife in the room we stay that any information Presence in due to smoking 80 francs we had to pay fines / credit card was taken from our account, I condemn this practice and staff urgently required to inform customers during check in this regard that and I think the gerektg an information form to be signed if I yanılıyormuy about it?
