When we arrived at the hotel we were told, "Oh, we have upgraded your room". (well, that is what the guy checking in next to us was being told also). Because we were told it was an upgrade we were even MORE disappointed. They should be embarrassed to mention the upgrade part, if that was an upgrade I hate to see a regular room. The only thing good about the hotel is the location and the staff. I probably would have been OK with sparseness but the mold was disgusting- it was so thick, on the grout and all over the tile.
