The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very near the lake and restaurants. The hotel was an excellent choice for us.

We stay here whenever we visit Zurich. Excellent location near the bahnhof and consistent in terms of cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and accommodations.

the front desk staff, I forgot her name, something starting from B may be Betty was and hopefully is, vert cheering, very helpful. the hotel as usual was/ is good. the location initially slightly difficult to track but very much near the Main Railway Station is good. Old Zurich and Zurich attraction near by, overall very good experience

Overall experience was good. The hotel is nearby Station. Room was quite good & spacious for that location. Market is nearby.
Staff were quite friendly in fact they were able to accommodate early check in for us. I recommend this hotel overall.

Good stay, would recommend. Wifi need to be improved. Breakfast should have rice option for asian guest, not same meals every morning
