The self check in was convenient but confused me by asking for the total monies to be payed even though I’d paid for the room. However the lady on reception was more helpful than we could have hoped. I see you don’t ask for a staff rating! You should because she was the one think that would give you 5 stars and brought others up from 3’s. Overall a good nights sleep.
