Je déplore l'absence d'un distributeur de boissons car le prix demandé pour le petit déjeuner est excessif. Quand je regarde une certaine émission sur TF1 je me dis que finalement les produits proposés sur la chaîne ne sont pas élevés comparés à ceux proposés par vos services.

We arrived very late at night and the automated reception did not recognise our booking number - this had been replaced by an alternative 'late arrival' number which I got from the helpful emergency phone service, (and found later in my email). From a customer point of view, this is an added and unnecessary complication for a tourist struggling with a poor understanding of French.

Séjour très agréable, grâce à un accueil sympathique et à l'écoute du client. Nous avons découvert un bel établissement où les chambres sont soignées et où l'espace est très bien aménagé. C'est un hôtel que je recommanderai et où je reviendrai sans problèmes.
