We are sorry to read your comments and would nevertheless like to clarify a few points.

We have never previously received a report of this kind. The room in question was occupied both in the days preceding and following your stay, and we did not receive any similar feedback from any other guests. Furthermore, as part of our daily routine, the room was inspected by our housekeeping supervisor, who did not report any issues.

We would also like to point out that our hotel carries out regular pest-control and prevention treatments twice a month, specifically to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and comfort for our guests.

Furthermore, given the particularly high temperatures during this period, if the room window was left open, it is unfortunately possible for an occasional insect to enter from outside. This is a circumstance that can occur in any city, particularly during the summer, and is not indicative of any lack of cleanliness or maintenance on the part of the hotel.

Nevertheless, we always take our guests' comments very seriously and will continue to pay the utmost attention to maintaining the high standards we set for our property.
